DEATH VALLEY NATIONAL PARK TO REMAIN OPEN

Death Valley National Park will remain open and accessible, even in the event of a partial federal government shutdown.

This means that all lodges, restaurants, gift shops, restrooms, and guest services will remain fully open and welcoming visitors from around the world. The National Park Service, part of the U.S. Department of the Interior, is fully funded through September 2026. As a result, no operational impacts are expected due to the impending partial government shutdown.

We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring a safe, memorable visit to Death Valley National Park.
